It has been brought to our attention that Wuhan Biolab-reagent Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Biolab-reagent") has distributed a document titled "Statement" to clients, fraudulently using the name of AtaGenix Laboratories Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AtaGenix"). This document purports to represent AtaGenix as follows:

Clarification

Upon verification, Wuhan Biolab-reagent has engaged in unauthorized use of AtaGenix’s name to conduct external business cooperation, forged official documents, and deliberately misled relevant parties. AtaGenix has never executed any agency agreement or authorization document with Wuhan Biolab-reagent. The business activities conducted by Wuhan Biolab-reagent through forged company seals constitute illegal acts. AtaGenix firmly opposes such misconduct and reserves all rights to pursue legal action.

Please be advised that effective December 6, 2024, AtaGenix has ceased using the following domains: antibodysystem.com, antibodysystem.us, and antibodysystem.fr.

Unfair Competition Violation

Wuhan Biolab-reagent's impersonation of AtaGenix constitutes unfair competition that violates Article 123 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China. AtaGenix reserves the right to pursue legal liability accordingly.
