Background

Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III (CD16/CD32) is a ~30 kDa protein. Receptor for the Fc region of complexed immunoglobulins gamma. Low affinity receptor which binds to IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b. Mediates neutrophil activation by IgG complexes redundantly with Fcgr4.
