Background

Follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) is a ~78 kDa protein. G protein-coupled receptor for follitropin, the follicle-stimulating hormone. Through cAMP production activates the downstream PI3K-AKT and ERK1/ERK2 signaling pathways.
