Stability and Storage

Background

Interleukin-12 subunit beta (IL12B/IL-12 p40) is a ~37 kDa protein. Cytokine that can act as a growth factor for activated T and NK cells, enhance the lytic activity of NK/lymphokine-activated killer cells, and stimulate the production of IFN-gamma by resting PBMC.

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human IL12B antibody.IL12B Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human IL12B antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB769023 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
