Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD24 antibody. Human SK-BR-3 cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD24 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB630107 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a CoraLite488 conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690314) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer. |
