Browse 20,000+ validated antibodies spanning primary, secondary, flow cytometry, neutralizing, in vivo, nanobody, bispecific, and research biosimilar formats. Every antibody is application-tested — including WB, IHC, IF, ELISA, FC, IP, ChIP, and neutralization — with lot-specific validation data. Available in unconjugated, HRP/AP, fluorophore-conjugated, and biotinylated formats across multiple host species. All products are designated Research Use Only (RUO) — not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. RUO

Why Researchers Choose abinScience

Application-Validated Each antibody is tested in the applications listed on its datasheet — WB, IHC, IF, ELISA, FC, IP, or ChIP. Lot-specific validation images and dilution recommendations are provided.
Broad Target Coverage From classic immune checkpoint targets (PD-1, PD-L1, CTLA-4) to emerging oncology markers (CCR8, Claudin 18.2, TROP2). Monoclonal and polyclonal options across rabbit, mouse, and other host species.
In Vivo & Functional Grades Low-endotoxin, azide-free formulations for in vivo studies. InVivo Plus antibodies with verified neutralizing and depleting activity for preclinical research.
XtenNano® Nanobodies Recombinant single-domain antibodies (VHH) with small size (~15 kDa), high stability, and superior tissue penetration — ideal for super-resolution imaging and intracellular targeting.
Research Biosimilars 2,500+ research-grade biosimilar antibodies referencing approved therapeutics — enabling mechanism-of-action studies, assay development, and pharmacokinetic research at accessible pricing.

How to Select the Right Antibody

1 Application: Confirm the antibody is validated for your specific assay (WB, IHC-P, IHC-F, IF, FC, ELISA, IP, ChIP, or neutralization). Check the datasheet for tested dilutions and sample types.
2 Species Reactivity: Match the antibody's reactivity to your experimental species — human, mouse, rat, or cross-reactive. Sequence homology data is available for key targets.
3 Clonality & Host: Monoclonal for reproducibility and epitope specificity; polyclonal for higher sensitivity. Choose host species to avoid background in your tissue type.
4 Format: Unconjugated for flexibility with secondary detection; conjugated (HRP, FITC, PE, APC) for direct detection in FC and multiplexed panels; biotinylated for streptavidin amplification.

FAQs

How should I store antibodies?

Store at -20°C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — aliquot upon first use. For short-term use (1–2 weeks), store at 4°C. Check the product datasheet for format-specific recommendations.

What is the difference between monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies?

Monoclonal antibodies recognize a single epitope, offering high specificity and lot-to-lot consistency — ideal for quantitative assays. Polyclonal antibodies bind multiple epitopes on the target, providing stronger signal amplification — useful for detecting low-abundance proteins or denatured samples.

Can I use these antibodies for in vivo experiments?

Yes — select antibodies from our InVivo or InVivo Plus categories. These are formulated with low endotoxin (≤0.001 EU/µg for InVivo Plus), no azide, no carrier protein, and are sterile-filtered for direct injection.

What are research biosimilar antibodies?

Research biosimilars are recombinant antibodies produced using the same variable-region sequences as approved therapeutic antibodies. They are intended for research use only — supporting mechanism-of-action studies, ADA/PK assay development, and preclinical pharmacology at accessible pricing.

Are these antibodies RUO or diagnostic-grade?

Unless explicitly labeled, all products are Research Use Only (RUO). For diagnostic or GMP-grade antibody requirements, contact our team for custom development options through our AtaGenix CRO services.
