Images
Bioactivity
Detects CD317/BST2 in indirect ELISAs.
Flow Cytometry
Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD317 antibody.Jurkat cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD317 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HC341107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Flow Cytometry
Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD317 antibody.Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD317 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HC341107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Western blot
Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CD317 monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples. Lane 1: recombinant human CD317 (Catalog No: HC341011) Lane 2: negative control
