Flow cytometry	Flow cytometry using Ianalumab-APC. Untransfected BAFFR-negative cells (blue histogram) and human BAFFR-stable transfected cells (yellow histogram) were incubated with APC-labeled Ianalumab (5 µg/ml) for 30 minutes at room temperature. After washing, cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
